Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after download or opening, and all purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict

Affilliate Terms and Agreement
1. Program Overview
The DFX Fusion Affiliate Program is designed to empower members to promote and earn commissions through our digital business platform. Members will receive access to marketing tools, AI automations, training materials, and ongoing community support.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn: - $500 per direct (1st-tier) sale - $100 per indirect (2nd-tier) sale made by their referrals
Payouts are processed bi-weekly, and affiliates are required to have a valid payment method connected to their affiliate portal.
3. Required Subscription
To remain active in the DFX Fusion Affiliate Program, members must maintain a monthly subscription of $57. This subscription grants access to the platform, automations, updates, and community.
Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in removal from the affiliate program. Any pending commissions prior to date of removal will be paid at/on normal payment schedule. Once removed, affiliate will be ineligible for future 1st & 2nd tier commission payouts.
4. Community Guidelines
All affiliates are expected to: - Respect fellow members and moderators. - Avoid spammy, misleading, or false marketing claims. - Refrain from sharing private community content or resources outside the platform.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal without notice.
5. License & Usage
Your access to the platform includes rights to: - Use branded assets for promotion. - Share approved funnels and marketing templates.
You may not: - Resell materials as your own without expressed permission. - Share backend login credentials with others.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the DFX Fusion platform—including instant access to proprietary trainings, automations, and affiliate resources—all sales are final and non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offer and understand the no-refund policy.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the agreement form, you agree to: - Uphold the guidelines above - Maintain an active monthly subscription - Accept that all purchases are final and non-refundable
